I'm depressed. If I could actually be diagnosed with something then I'd be more prepared to ask work for some time off, but because I'm in bloody limbo I'd feel like a bigger idiot for asking for time off for a reason that is not completely set in stone. Do you understand? On the other hand, it's coming to the time where I might just think, 'oh fuck it'.
I've been searching all over the internet these past few days to see if there are any natural ways of lifting your mood. Here's what the experts have come up with. So my plan is to try and test all of these methods and see if they actually work. A human guinea pig if you will.
